I went around the job fair today looking for free pens, a popular trend here is sweets, so you can have a sucky BT sweet or a chewy Deloitte sweet or whatever. Anyway, there were plenty of pens as well. After lots of faffing with printers I managed to make a CV to give to the BT women as well.

Los Oscars
March 6, 2006Last night I watched most of ‘los oscars’ in the cinema here. The categories I was interested in went the way I wanted:
Rachel Weizz won for the Constant Gardiner
Nick Park and Steve Box won for Wallace and Grommit: Curse of the Wererabbit
The solo Spanish Nominee for the original score for Constant Gardiner didn’t win.
I went to sleep about 4:15 though feeling very tired, I regret it this morning though, now I feel very lively. I woke up thinking that I really should watch Crash on DVD!
Band!
March 6, 2006
Amongst other things the residents here are lucky enough to have a practice room in which they can make lots of noise, the other day I saw a little concerts where they showed the fruits of their labour, I learnt that Spanish bands are pretty much like English ones (i.e. they play covers of Oasis songs)
